are the directions:
I-5 South through L.A.
Exit I-5 at Crown Valley Parkway, drive toward the ocean for about 3.2 miles.
Left onto Niguel Rd. (Chevron Station), up and over the hill about 3.7 miles.
Look for a left onto Mariner Rd. (just past Stonehill), there will be a security gate immediately.
If you get to Hwy 1 you have gone too far.
The address is 33931 Nauticus Isle.
Go through the gate and to the right.
Drive over the bridge.
Nauticus Isle is down the hill on the left.
