Assignment Team - These are the leaders of the leaders: Camp Manager, Speaker, Program, Head Leaders, Work Crew Bosses, and Summer Staff Coordinators.
Summer Staff - Summer Staff perform key leadership roles at Malibu in jobs like: lifeguard, maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen staff, shop keepers, and more.
Work Crew - High School students or graduates doing the tough jobs like housekeeping, waiting on tables, bussing, and the pits.
Property Staff - The permanent staff in charge of running the Malibu Club property.
